Sunday, 06 September 2009

The fourth and final module of the Delmar Essentials of Firefighting program is set to start at the Tri-Town Fire Station on State Route 49 in Ulysses on Sept. 19th. A copy of the complete course schedule can be downloaded HERE . All students will need to have read and reveiwed the material for the first three chapters of material BEFORE the start of the course to ensure that we can maintain our time frame. The ELIF coarse is a very intense 60 hours of training. We need to have every one prepared. The key to the test is reading the material before the lecture. PLEASE make sure you have it read.

We need to have ALL PPE the first and second day, Turn out gear, Accountability tag and SCBA (check your hydro dates). If students need to share a SCBA no more than two per SCBA and send a spare cylinder if SCBA is to be shared.
